NATIONAL CENTRE FOR DISEASE CONTROL

The National Centre of Disease Control (NCDC) in Bandar Enstek spans 20 acres, housing advanced laboratories, research facilities, and emergency response centers to strengthen disease control and public health in Malaysia.

The National Centre of Disease Control (NCDC) site spans 20 acres and is situated in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. It comprises a comprehensive array of integrated facilities, including the Executive Centre, Disaster Outbreak, Crisis and Emergency Response Centre (DOCE), Public Health Reference Laboratory (PHRL), High Containment Laboratory (BSL3), National Bio-Bank of Public Health, Transit Animal House, and Insectarium. These facilities collectively serve various critical functions in disease control, outbreak management, public health research, and laboratory testing, consolidating NCDC’s role as a pivotal institution in safeguarding public health and advancing scientific understanding of infectious diseases.
