MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT, PUTRAJAYA

Situated along Jalan Desa Aman 1, this integrated development features 14 shop-offices and a 14-storey hotel, just 400m from Taman Mutiara MRT and near Cheras Leisure Mall and EkoCheras Mall.

PAB was engaged as a Detailed Design Consultant by Muhibbah Engineering, the Design & Build Contractor for the new administrative building of Ministry of Transport Malaysia located in Precinct 4 of Putrajaya.

The Building is designed with a centralized courtyard at its main entrance to form a visually connected axial relationship with 2 of the Putrajaya bridges from the east and west roads that access the site. The 10 storey tower with 4 storey basement carpark portrays a formal and disciplined façade design which is compatible to its context and in compliance with Putrajaya Corporation’s Urban Design Guidelines.

The original concept was conceived by Arkitek MAA Sdn Bhd who also served as a Check Consultant and Submitting Architect during the project implementation stage.
