PLATINUM SENTRAL

This mixed-use commercial development in KL Sentral, a collaboration between COX Architecture and Perunding Alam Bina Sdn Bhd, features 850,000 sq. ft. of office suites, retail, F&B outlets, and a business centre in a campus-style setting. Designed for seamless integration with KL Sentral Station, it enhances connectivity while creating vibrant public spaces for events and activities beyond office hours. With a strong focus on Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD), the project incorporates green initiatives to achieve the BCA Green Mark rating.

This mixed use commercial development which represents a joint effort between COX Architecture and Perunding Alam Bina Sdn Bhd, comprises low rise office suites, retail, food & beverage outlets and business centre providing a total gross floor area of 850,000 sq.ft. in a campus style environment within the Kuala Lumpur Sentral District. This latest addition in KL Sentral is also intends to breathe life into the District with the provision of facilities for functions, events and activities during and after normal office hours. The development will also provide much needed cross precinct connection to the surrounding sites and form a seamless integration with the KL Sentral Station.

This high quality landscaped development has established new public retail and public plaza spaces that will become the new central park environment for the entire Precinct. The project is strongly driven by the developer’s concern for the environment and aspiration for an Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD)with the provision of elaborate ESD initiatives and solutions to meet the BCA Green Mark rating for green buildings

Centrally located within the Sunway Commercial Precinct, the Pinnacle will offer a total of 715,000 sf of gross floor area; of which 620,000 sf shall be nett lettable area. This 27 storey building is designed with connecting carparks to three levels of the Sunway Resort Hotel and two levels of the Menara Sunway. A pedestrian bridge linking these two buildings will further enhance connectivity; creating seamless integration within the commercial hub. This building has been designed to not only provide high quality and efficient office space, it has also taken into consideration the enhancement of the urban context as an important design aspect; this includes pedestrian and carpark linkages to adjacent developments, landscaped pedestrian paths, interesting streetscape incorporation of activity nodes and improvement of services.
