We are proud to be the architects for this project by @spsetiabhd for the Government of Malaysia. These government quarters will replace the existing single-residential houses at Federal Hill. Accessible from Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, these government quarters are designed to higher specifications to harmonise with the future surrounding development. Sited on a 0.8 acre parcel, this 15-storey building consists of 24 apartment units, 2,850 sqf in size. The development is gated and guarded, with covered parking bays, a community hall located on the top floor with a commanding view of the KLCC and Bangsar.
As of September 2019 it is the highest scoring IBS building in Malaysia (93.95%) thanks to innovations applied by Setia Precast. PAB applied BIM technology in the design, modelling and documentation of this project.
