CYBERJAYA HOSPITAL

Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. is developing a 288-bed hospital in Cyberjaya, set to be the first GBI Platinum-certified facility in Malaysia, with eco-friendly features like solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and accommodations for staff and nurses.
This 288 bed hospital is being developed by Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. (subsidiary of MOF) on a 12.8 acres site. This new healthcare facility will complement Putrajaya and Serdang Hospital in serving mainly Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and surrounding areas. Once completed, this hospital will be the first healthcare facility in Malaysia to be accredited with GBI Platinum certification. Among the energy efficient features are solar panels, naturally ventilated atrium, rain water and daylight harvesting and many other M&E features. The development includes 28 units of staff accommodation and nurses hostel for 20 nurses and a multi-storey carpark block to house 790 carpark bays.

GLENEAGLES KUALA LUMPUR

The new annexe at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur (GKL) is a hallmark display of GKL’s endeavour to excellence. The 10-storey building situated next to the iconic main building of GKL is part of an RM220 million investment to further galvanise GKL’s position in world class medical and healthcare services. The new annexe at GKL will accommodate 100 beds, 51 specialist consultation suites, 23 retail lots and three VIP in-patient suites. It will also be home to a one stop Health Screening Centre that is equipped with state of the art diagnostic facilities in Endoscopy, Neurology, Spirometry, Audiology and Women’s Health. GKL’s long term commitment in caring for people is evident in the new annexe. Built and outfitted in accordance to Green Building Index (GBI) standards, the new annexe is built with the consideration to promote sustainability and eco-conscientiousness, from the ground up.
