Located in the heart of Sentul off Jalan Ipoh, this new serviced apartment complex provides 587,000 sq ft of gross floor area housing 473 apartments.

The concept behind this 39-storey tower is the provision of a green spine that erodes the building mass and serves as communal gardens at different levels to provide higher levels of amenity for the residents. A generous landscaped park welcomes residents and guests at the main drop-off, thus providing an oasis and sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Jalan Ipoh.

BPH Quarters, Federal Hill, Bangsar

We are proud to be the architects for this project by @spsetiabhd for the Government of Malaysia. These government quarters will replace the existing single-residential houses at Federal Hill. Accessible from Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, these government quarters are designed to higher specifications to harmonise with the future surrounding development. Sited on a 0.8 acre parcel, this 15-storey building consists of 24 apartment units, 2,850 sqf in size. The development is gated and guarded, with covered parking bays, a community hall located on the top floor with a commanding view of the KLCC and Bangsar.

KL Sentral Station

Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station is an integrated transportation hub that caters for various modes of rail transport. It includes KTMB Intercity and Commuter services, Putra LRT services and Express Rail Link (ERL) services. The station is the integral part of the overall KL Sentral development.

Crowning the complex is a series of Hyperbolic Paraboloid (HP) shell roofs flanked by waved roofs to each side. The HP shell roofs together with the suspended domes and
granite flooring patterns poetically expresses the fusion of modern technology with Islamic architecture. The features also enrich the high-tech structural steelworks of the
station. Spanning the East-West axis of the station, the sweeping waved roofs reflect the directional flow and motion of the railway tracks below.
